HEAVY ODOR & STAIN CONTAMINATION
At this level, the contamination has penetrated the pad & possibly the sub-floor surface. Even the most severe odors can be removed in a single service call.
- All furniture should be removed and the carpets need to be vacuumed.
- In most cases, this step can be avoided. Generally, urine will not make contact with the sub-floor surface. If it does, the sub-floor surface may need to be sealed to kill and lock away odors from your living environment. This will be determined by our service technicians.
- The carpet is flooded with a hot solution that combines the power of natural oxygen with biological power of odor modification to destroy odorous materials without leaving a strong artificial fragrance behind.
- After 30 minutes of dwell time, the product is extracted with a flood tool along with all the urine and odors. Because the pad is saturated completely, it may take two or three days to dry. Fans are available upon request.
It will take less than a day to dry the carpet and usually 3 days to dry the pad. Please be aware that the fans are noisy and must run 24 hours per day.
