Pet odor removal is extra and is not included in our regular steam cleaning prices. A percentage of odor removal will be guaranteed in writing based on the severity of the odor, treatment method, along with other factors.
Commercial carpet and carpet manufactured from recycled pop bottles (P.E.T. P.T.T. Polyester) are not guaranteed. The majority of carpets in homes are nylon or olefin.
