HOW CAN YOU CHARGE LESS THAN THOSE CHARGING $400 OR MORE FOR AN AVERAGE HOME YET PROVIDE BETTER QUALITY?
Our equipment, cleaning agents, education and experience are much
better than those charging 2 to even 3 times higher. We believe in
charging fair prices. We'd rather provide a top quality service
to many consumers than provide a top quality service to only those
who can afford it. We clean a lot more homes than those charging more
and that's how we make up the large price difference.

WHAT CLEANING METHOD DO YOU USE?
Hot water extraction (i.e. steam cleaning) is the best cleaning method
available. Shaw Industries and Mohawk Carpet, the two largest carpet
manufactures, require regular steam cleaning as a condition of their
warranties.
- A cleaning agent is applied to the carpet and allowed dwell time
- time to work into your carpet. Dwelling time breaks down dirt
and any other substances so they can be removed easily.
- Following pre-spray and dwell time, suspended soil must be flushed
from the carpet using hot water extraction equipment. Powerful jets
breakdown the suspended soils/spots with hot water and are immediately
extracted and removed from the carpet. A heated solution requires
less solution, minimizing residue and dry time. Our machine runs at
a constant 250 degrees; yet is still safe on all synthetic fibers.
Heat can be turned down for wool and other delicate carpet and rugs.
- The hot water contains a rinsing agent that neutralizes the pre-spray,
leaves the carpet soft, residue-free, and in a neutral ph. This leaves
a nearly virgin, soil-free fiber that resists re-soiling much as it
did when new.
HOW OFTEN & WHY SHOULD YOU CLEAN YOUR CARPET?
- DID YOU KNOW? According to the Carpet and Rug Institute, carpet
can hold as much as one pound of soil per square foot before it is
noticed.
- A CLEAN CARPET LASTS LONGER. Cleaning your carpet reduces wear by
removing fine & large dirt particles that scratch and dull your
carpet accelerating wear.
- IT'S A HEALTHY CHOICE - Carpet is one of the largest filters
in your home. Dust, soil, and other contaminants get trapped in your
carpet. "Every time carpets and fabrics are emptied of their
pollution build-up through professional cleaning methods, there is
a health benefit." * EPA
- IT'S RECOMMENDED! Many carpet warranties require steam cleaning
on a regular basis. It's recommended that you clean your carpet
every 6 to 12 months before it shows soiling!

IS YOUR PROCESS TRULY RESIDUE FREE AND WHY IS THAT IMPORTANT?
This is the most important step of carpet cleaning.
Carpets cleaned by Esteem Carpet Cleaning stay cleaner longer because
we leave no residue behind.
Often, carpet-care professionals will leave a residue that can re-soil
your carpet quickly - even if the cleaning solutions claim to
be residue-free. The problem is that cleaning solutions often are
rinsed improperly from the carpet. The cleaning solution residue attracts
soil, making the carpet dirty again sooner and difficult to clean
in the future.
Esteem uses a powerful and detergent-free pre-treatment to brighten
textiles and destroy microorganisms. Our pre-spray is designed not
to attract particles, preserving the texture and appearance of your
carpet. Esteem's cleaning process uses a textile rinse to flush any
residue left by previous cleaners from your carpet. Even if residues
were left from previous cleanings, Esteem gives your carpet a fresh
start.
The Esteem carpet cleaning process leaves a nearly virgin, soil free
fiber that resists re-soiling very much as it did when new.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY CARPET TO DRY?
Drying time is affected by humidity, airflow and type of carpet.
Depending on the time of year, heat or air conditioning can speed
the drying process up. It typically takes 2 to 5 hours depending on
the variables.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO WALK ON MY CARPET?
You may walk on your carpet with clean feet, socks or shoes. It is
always best to keep traffic on the wet carpet to a minimum. Extra
caution should be used when walking to hard surfaces. They can be
quite slippery.
IS FABRIC PROTECTION REALLY WORTH THE EXTRA COST?
Fabric protection helps your carpet by making stains and spots easier
to remove. However, it is not as effective against soiling. If you
have heavy soiling in a one year period, more frequent cleanings may
be a better value.
WILL MY CARPETS RESOIL FASTER AFTER MY FIRST CLEANING?
Our modern technology will rinse virtually all cleaning agents out
of your carpet, leaving no residue, so dirt cannot be attracted. This
technology leaves nearly virgin, soil free fiber that resists re-soiling
very much as it did when new.
WON'T WATER RUIN MY CARPET?
No, most modern carpet is water resistant. Of the limited amount
of water we do use, 95% of it will be removed. The problem refers
to carpet cleaners with under-powered machines that leave the carpet
soaked for hours. WE HAVE MORE SUCTION THAN 95% OF CARPET CLEANERS
IN COLORADO!
WON'T STEAM CLEANING RUGS ON HARDWOOD FLOORS CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE FLOORS?
No, steam cleaning does not get the backing of the carpet or rugs wet and therefore will not penetrate to the floor below.
WHY DO SOME SPOTS REAPPEAR AFTER PROFESSIONAL CLEANING?
If contaminants have absorbed into the carpet backing or the pad,
spots can resurface over time by "wicking" or migrating
up through the carpet fibers. If they re-appear within 30 days we
will gladly re-clean the spots.
WHY DOES STEAM CLEANING MAKE URINE SMELL AGAIN OR WORSE?
Urine contains salts that do not dissolve in water. When any water
is added, the ammonia in the salts can be reactivated causing it to
smell again and sometimes smell even worse. Bleach will not even destroy
the salts. (More Info)
DOESN'T CLEANING YOUR CARPET TOO OFTEN DAMAGE IT?
Cleaning your carpet removes dirt/soil that acts like sandpaper
which dulls and scratches the fibers resulting in accelerated wear.
There is no such thing as cleaning your carpet too often. The steam
extraction method, when performed correctly, is gentler than dry vacuuming
and is recommended by many carpet mills.
CAN YOU REMOVE RED WINE?
Red wine is probably one of the easiest stains to remove when left
alone for a professional to remove. A peroxide based product is applied
and the stain will disappear usually within a few minutes.
